Practicing gratitude has incredible effects, from improving mental and physical health to boosting our relationships and expressing more compassion. Gratitude isn't just for momentous occasions, rather finding the joy in even the smallest things can be just as rewarding.
We invite individuals of all ages to participate in our free Ten Days of Gratitude Challenge. Simply click the link below to register for the challenge. You will receive a link to download the printable challenge tracker (shown right). Hard copies of the tracker will also be available at each of the in-person activities we are hosting.
Select ten consecutive days to complete your challenge. In each circle write at least one thing you are grateful for. Submit your tracker HERE.
